I just had to do a blog post on Sarah's Jam Drops. They are so yum I've almost eaten the whole batch and best of all they go perfectly with a lovely cup of tea. Here's the link to Sarah's Jam Drops Recipe ... thanks Sarah :) ★

Wow I've been awarded the Kreativ Blogger Award by both ChallenCharms and fun with a little wise owl thx Rachael & Bec :)
... ahhh wasn't so hard as I first thought, thanks for the awards :)
I love receiving awards thank you :) ... 7 rules to keep it growing lets see how I go, fingers crossed:
1) copy picture and post on your blog - yep done!
2) thank the person (or persons in my case) who gave it to you and link to their blog - done ✓
3) write 7 things about yourself we don't know - hmmm this might be a challenge lets see:
1. I drive a green 2000 Honda Civic I call QD as rego starts QDO.
2. I love the city (Melbourne) & enjoy a Saturday morning in town.
3. I was in love with Michael Biehn for many years (Kyle Reese in Terminator 1984).
4. I danced for 10 years from age 8-18 tap, classical & Jazz ballet.
5. I travel overseas at every milestone, 21st UK Paris, 30th Eastern Europe, 40th in 2012 Japan.

7. Had tonsillitis since birth until I found Blackmores Echinacea Lozenges in 2002.
4) choose 7 other bloggers to pass the award to - yep done ✓
5) link to those 7 other bloggers - done ✓

Lovely Cup of Tea ...
I love my cups of tea I have almost 6 cups a day but there's nothing like a beautiful pot of tea in a gorgeous cup and saucer. I'm a big T2 teacup buyer I buy almost every new teacup that comes out and I can't get enough of their Afternoon Tea! I have so many T2 canisters filled with Chamomile, Red Green Vanilla & Afternoon Tea. As well as their pots in navy blue, white and aqua ... I'm running out of room. Above is my favourite purchased at the Gisborne market.

Amazing Discovery ...
Last week I received an email from the wife of someone who knew my Great Aunt Suzie. She's been emailing me pictures including this one which just blew me away. I realised Suzie painted portraits of famous people and I drew portraits of famous people before I even knew about her. I just had to share my amazing discovery, it's pretty amazing and eerie at the same time ...
My portrait of Kim Wilde 1988.
My portrait of Marilyn Monroe. This one looks eerily similar in size to suzie's portraits.
My portrait of Molly Ringwald.
